WHM Community Refresher -

The community refresher is for people who have done a workshop or are seasoned WHM practitioners. It is s chance for the local 'Hoffers' to come together and strengthen the community spirit and be guided in the powerful breathwork and participate in the ice bath. There is no presentation of science in this session, no fluff, all puff!!

Ready to unlock the power of your breath, mind, and body? Join us for an immersive Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Workshop, where you’ll learn the core techniques of breathwork, cold exposure, and mindset training. Guided by a certified instructor, you’ll discover how to build resilience, reduce stress, boost energy, and deepen your connection to yourself — all in one transformative session. No experience needed. Just curiosity, courage... and a towel.

WHM Advanced Workshop

If you already have some experience with the Wim Hof Method —maybe you’ve joined a Fundamentals workshop or you use the Wim Hof Method app for you daily breathing exercises— but would like to dive a little deeper with the help of some professional guidance, an Advanced Workshop may be just what you’re looking for.

With a basic level of Wim Hof Method familiarity understood, the Instructor puts together a program suitable for participants who are not apprehensive about an ice bath of up to 10 minutes. You might venture out into a natural icy stream, or engage in a breathing session comprising several consecutive rounds. The goal here as always is not reckless daring, but careful, curious exploration.

An Advanced Workshop offers the same small scale intimacy of a Fundamentals Workshop, with the same close personal attention that is vital when exploring the depths of body and mind.
